Private preview call requests · Last updated 4 November 2026

This notice covers requests to book a call about the Firmscale private preview. Firmscale is operated by ENTITY_NAME (“we”).

What we collect

When you request a call, we collect your name, work email, firm, role and anything you write in the optional note. To limit spam, we also keep a keyed hash of your IP address for 24 hours, then clear it. We don’t store the IP address itself.

Why, and if you don’t provide it

We use your details only to contact you about the private preview. We don’t sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. If you don’t provide them, we can’t arrange a call.

Where it’s stored, and who handles it

In a Cloudflare D1 database with its location set to Oceania. Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company that hosts this site and the database. It handles requests through its global network, so your details may pass through servers outside Australia. Access to call requests is limited to Firmscale’s founder.

How long

We delete call requests after 12 months unless you become a customer. Deleted data can remain in Cloudflare’s backups for up to 30 days.

Your choices and complaints

To see, correct or delete your details, or to make a privacy complaint, email PRIVACY_CONTACT. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Site analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t track you across sites.
